My Oily Morning Routine

I have been using Young Living essential oils for almost a year now, and I have learned a lot about how to use these little bottles of goodness. My collection has grown, and it will keep growing. I love to use my oils in routines to help me get through the day. I have a specific oils that I apply in the morning to help me prepare for my day, and to get me through the happy and challenging moments that may come my way.
I started using Progressence Plus about a month ago because I was experiencing chronic stress, and I needed something to naturally balance my mood and my hormones. I decided to jump in and grab up Progressence Plus. It has been amazing so far, and I use it twice a day, one of those times for my morning oily routine.
This is my morning oily routine with Young Living essential oils:

Progressence Plus- Great for balancing your mood, hormones, and great for women's health overall. I pour two drops in my hand, and I dab it on the back of my neck, over my heart, along my collarbones, and I rub my hands together then rub my forearms with the remainder of the oil blend. The scent of Sacred Frankincense and Bergamot is calming, and helps rid anxiety. The slight tingle of Peppermint helps to energize, and motivate. This oil blend/serum is simply amazing. It is my star oil of my morning oily routine.

SclarEssence-Another great mood balancer, and mood booster. It helps reduce anxiety, balances hormones, and on those days where I need a little bit of liquid positivity, I make sure to apply SclarEssence. I like to roll my diluted SclarEssence roller ball on either sides of my neck, on my chest, and on my abdomen. I can smell the beautiful Clary Sage for hours. It is one of my favorite oils of all time, and it is fantastic for the morning.

Valor- Oh Valor. You have been so wonderful to me. Valor is a great oil blend that helps balance all together. It boosts and builds confidence for the day, and reduces stress. In the mornings, sometimes I wake up with a sore neck, due to me sleeping funny sometimes. Rolling Valor on my neck, and giving myself a mini neck massage helps to realign, keep the soreness away. I usually apply Valor to my neck along the back of my neck, on my heart, and behind my ears.

Joy- This beautiful, florally scent is my go-to throughout the day, but especially in the morning. Joy is a great mood booster, anxiety reducer, and uplifts your spirit. Joy is also a motivating oil and it helps me get up, get moving, and have a happy day. I apply Joy over my heart, and to the "thumb side" area of my inner wrists. Joy is my natural perfume, and my goodness, it is such a beautiful scent to smell first thing in the morning.

Stress Away- When I first started with Young Living essential oils, this was one of the first oils that I had the pleasure of using. It would go with me to work, to school, and just about anywhere. It is a perfect oil that relieves the stressors. I often wake up with a full mind, and I toss and turn, thinking and worrying. Lately, I haven't been waking up with the burdens of stresses. I apply Stress Away to the back of my neck, over my shoulders, and the "pinky side" area of my inner wrist. I usually use two drops to cover those areas. These oils are so versatile!

Thieves- To boost immunity, and keep the sickies away, I pour a drop of Thieves into my hands, and rub it on my feet, and along my spine. Thieves utilizes Rosemary, Lemon, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, and Eucalyptus essential oils. This oil is the best, everyday, immunity boosting oil. Ever since I have been using Young Living essential oils, Thieves in particular, I haven't been sick. I really love this oil!
These little bottles of goodness have been such a blessing, and such a big help to me this past year. They are so wonderful, and they have helped reduce my stress. I have been battling serious stress this Summer (and for the past three years), and Young Living essential oils has made such a big difference in my life.
