When my family was down in Northwest Portland for Christmas Eve, I visited Lush, and purchased their Cupcake Fresh Face Mask, and a couple of their Tea Tree Toner Tabs. They also threw in a sample of their vanishing cream moisturizer. I tried the mask when I arrived home later that night. I love the texture of the mask, it is like a thick chocolate mousse, and the fragrance is delightful.
The Tea Tree Toner Tabs are so fun to use. All you do is boil some water, drop the tea tree tab in the water, watch it fizz and bubble, then steam your face while holding a towel over your head. I did it before applying the mask to my face, to open my pores. If you save the water, you can wash the mask off your face with the tea tree tab water, it gives your face more of a deep clean with the tea tree essential oil, and baking soda.
When applying the Cupcake mask to your face, apply a generous amount. Their Cupcake mask is wonderful for remedying oily and blemished skin. It smoothes, and soothes skin, especially since it must be stored in the refrigerator, so when applied, it is cool on your face. I am in love with Lush's products. When you wash off the mask, it gently exfoliates your skin, and leaves it very soft, and glowy. After I wash off the mask, I pat my face dry, and apply the vanishing cream moisturizer to my face. I am planning on purchasing the full size of the vanishing cream. It takes just a dab to cover your whole face, and it makes your skin extra soft and smoothe.
Their Cupcake Fresh Face Mask is chocolatey heaven face food. Whatever you put on your face, your face absorbs it, your face "eats" it. So feed it the good stuff.
I think you would love Lush too! So go check out their website, and browse through their products. :)
