Citrus Bliss Essential Oil Uses & Benefits

I love Young Living essential oils, however, I am not exclusive to Young Living essential oils. I mostly use Young Living, but when I am given an essential oil from dōTERRA, I use it of course! dōTERRA is actually created by someone who broke away from Young Living, so they share some of the same principles. I was first introduced to dōTERRA a few years ago by a family friend that I used to babysit for. I was interested in essential oils before, but when she showed me her dōTERRA essential oils, I wanted to get into essential oils even more.
Somebody gave us a dōTERRA Citrus Bliss blend a little while back, and ever since I have had my diffuser, I have been diffusing Citrus Bliss the most. My family likes to diffuse it in the morning to help energize, and wake us up a little bit. Citrus fruits are common for boosting mood, and supporting a cheerful mind, so this oil blend is wonderful for creating a cheerful aura. Citrus Bliss is a great oil to help treat depression, and aid in mood elevating. With the slight scent of vanilla in the aroma, it helps with stress relieving, and boosting the immune system. When diffused, it helps to kill airborne pathogens, and eliminates odors. You can also make disinfentant spray when you dilute 2 drops of oil in 20 oz of water in a glass spray bottle. You can spray this on furniture, and on bed sheets to repel fleas, various bed bugs, and mites.
You can also get a large, glass bowl of water, or plug up your sink with water and drop one drop of citrus bliss into the water, and wash your fruits in the water. It helps rinse off the chemicals, pathogens, and disinfect the fruits. Washing the fruits in citrus bliss will also help preserve the fruits.
I am only purchasing Young Living oils, but if I am given anymore dōTERRA oils, or if I happen to win dōTERRA oils in giveaways that I enter, I will indeed use them.

The weekend went by so fast. I can't believe it is already November! I only have two more months in this term at school. Crazy. I am going to be spending the rest of the day writing for the magazine I am a part of, studying for my anthropology exam, and working. A busy day indeed. Have a great week everybody!
