Baked Garlic Fries

This morning, I woke up and started working on my website for school. I heard my sister turn on Gilmore Girls, and once I was done working on my website, I went out into the living room and started watching Gilmore Girls with my sister. Of course, Lorelei and Rory are the fast food gurus and they were talking about getting some fries, that just sparked my want for french fries. At first, I was going to go to the store and grab up Alexia Sweet Potato french fries, but then I thought of making a blog post out of it and making my own garlic fries. I turned to Pinterest to help me find a recipe, and this recipe was easy peasy!
I love using Spice World minced garlic! It's wonderful!

Baked Garlic Fries
~2 sweet potatoes or 3 baking potatoes.
~3 cloves of minced garlic, or 3 teaspoons of minced garlic.
~3 tsp of parsley
~2-3 tsp of olive oil
~1 tbsp of white vinegar
~Sprinkling of salt
~Sprinkling of pepper.

To start, peel and cut up the potatoes, unless you like the skin on your potatoes. Cut up the potatoes in fry lengths, like 2 to 3 inches, or cut that in half. In a large mixing bowl, place the cut up potatoes and drizzle the olive oil and vinegar. Add in the garlic and parsley, and toss with your hands. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Put the fries on a greased baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.

Oh my goodness! They were delicious! I had three cupfuls. They were amazing!
I know I have done fries before, but these have a little spin on them. They are delicious, especially with ketchup!
I will use this recipe for fries always!
