Homemade Macaroni & Cheese

I made up this recipe completely on my own! It's very good, but a little disappointed on how my noodles turned out. I used a wooden spoon to stir it, and my noodles broke down and got all mushy. They started out as wheel noodles.

                    INGREDIENTS
~ 3 cups of wheel noodles (You can add on)
             ~ 3 tablespoons of butter
             ~ 1 tablespoon of milk
             ~ 2 1/2 cups of grated cheese
~ 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
~ 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
~ 1/4 cup of chopped ham

My Process/Directions (with pictures)

First, add water to a large sauce pan

Then, set a burner to HI and wait till water starts to boil

Add your noodles into the boiling water

Take some salt, into the center of your hand...
...and toss it into the boiling noodles

When the noodles are done boiling, pour them into a strainer and set aside

Next, get out the cheese, and grate up to 2 1/2 cups of cheese

Set the cheese aside

Take the noodles out of the strainer and pour them back into the sauce pan.
Add a little bit of water and turn the stove on medium to heat the noodles up again.
Add the 2 tablespoons of milk.
Then take your butter and put it into the sauce pan with noodles, let it melt.

Stir until all the butter is melted.

Next, add your cream cheese

Stir it in, this where your noodles get a little "mashy"

Take your cheese, and pour it into the sauce pan, turn the stove to just above LOW
this is where your noodles get very mashed up

Take your tomato, and cut it up to about 1/4 cup

Take your tomatoes and pour into the sauce pan.

Then get out the lunch meat ham,

Take about 15 slices out and bunch it all together.
Chop it up into tiny pieces
You want it to end up being about 1/4 cup

Scrape the ham into the sauce pan.
I put my mac and cheese into a bowl and just added the tomatoes and ham into the bowl

Stir it all up, and VIOLA!

YUM!!!
