Easy One-Bowl Milk Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
~ 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
~ 1 cup brown sugar
~ 1/4 cup of unsweetened baking cocoa
~ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
~ 1 teaspoon of baking soda
~ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
~ 1 cup half and half cream
~ 1 egg, slightly beaten
~ 1/3 cup vegetable oil
~ 1 teaspoon vanilla
*1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
*2: Line 12 regular sized muffin tins with paper liners
*3: In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking cocoa, baking powder,
baking soda and salt. Use a wooden spoon to mix together.
*4: In a two cup measuring cup or bowl, mix together the egg, half and half, vanilla and oil.
*5: Add the cream/egg mixture to the dry ingredients; mix very well with a wooden spoon.
*6: Divide the batter evenly between the lined muffin tins.
*7: Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a tooth pick is inserted and comes out clean.
*8: Cool and frost.
